1. Verify the result#
Check the selected company, theme, social accounts, metric, period, timezone, and active filters before interpreting the result. Reset filters and reproduce the query with one known account or article. Data from social networks can arrive later than the publication itself, so record the visible timestamp and retry after the normal refresh cycle before escalating with a cropped, non-sensitive screenshot.
