Open Intelligence, select the source theme, and use its action menu to choose Duplicate. Give the copy a unique name, wait for it to open, then review every setting before saving.
A duplicate is a starting point, not a permanently synchronized version. Changes made later to the original do not automatically update the copy. Verify its interface language, sources, social accounts, date scope, include and exclude filters, keywords, tags, sharing status, and alert or bot dependencies. A newly copied theme can initially return the same broad results as its source until filters are changed.
If a bot must use the copy, make the theme available at the required sharing level and then explicitly update the bot. Compare one known article in the original and duplicate to confirm the expected difference before activating automation.
