French News Media Facebook Ranking: December 2025

Every month, Nonli's social listening measures the video views generated by the Facebook pages of France's main news media. Here is the December 2025 TOP 40, with each account's view volume, publishing cadence and a per-post performance indicator.

1. The Month's Top 5#

Brut. leads the ranking with 281,445,967 views from 455 posts. BFMTV follows with 128,222,509 views, ahead of TF1 INFO (116,791,133 views). France 24 and France Inter round out the top 5 with 107,616,399 views and 74,587,696 views.

How to read the "Views per follower" column: 100% means an average post earns as many views as the page has followers. It's a good proxy for an account's ability to reach beyond its own community.

3. What Stands Out#

Compared with November 2025, SudOuest.fr posts the biggest climb in the table: 14 places gained, from 36th to 22nd. Euronews en français, absent the previous month, enters the ranking at 33rd (5,437,963 views). On efficiency, LCP shows the best views-per-post-vs-followers ratio in the ranking (45.1%): an average post there reaches an audience well beyond its own community size.

4. Methodology#

The data comes from Nonli's social listening, which continuously tracks the public Facebook pages of French news media. The ranking covers video views on videos and Reels published between December 1 and 31, 2025. Counters are read at the end of the period; since views keep accruing after publication, small differences with later readings are normal.
