Every month, Nonli's social listening measures the video views generated by the Facebook pages of France's main news media. Here is the February 2026 TOP 40, with each page's view volume, publishing cadence and a per-post performance indicator.
February has 28 days, so volumes mechanically dip compared to January. Positions, on the other hand, moved: the gap between 2nd and 3rd place collapsed, and several accounts changed dimension.
1. The Month's Top 5#
Brut. still dominates by a wide margin: 221 million views from 400 posts. Behind it, the race for 2nd place tightened dramatically. BFMTV (141.6M) now leads TF1 INFO (137.5M) by just 4 million views, down from a gap of more than 46 million in January.
RTL takes 4th place with 86.9 million views. The radio station published 431 posts over the month, more than 15 a day and the highest cadence in the top 5. France 24 rounds out the five with 84.8 million views.

MediapartHow to read the "Views per follower" column: 100% means an average post earns as many views as the page has followers. It's a good proxy for an account's ability to reach beyond its own community.
3. What Stands Out#
The race for 2nd place is the story of the month. TF1 INFO published 364 posts in February, 13 a day, and closed to within 4 million views of BFMTV. That duel will likely be settled in March.
France Inter climbed two spots to 6th with 60.3 million views from 375 posts. M6 Info kept rising too: 54.7 million views, two places gained, and the page edged past Le 20h de France Télévisions by 13,000 views. Margins don't get much thinner.
LCP posted the most surprising performance in the table. With 69 posts and 300,000 followers, the French parliamentary channel reached 13.8 million views, meaning an average post earns 66% of its community size in views. No other page in the TOP 20 comes close to that ratio.
Also worth a look: Le Figaro held its 12th position with 27.9 million views, L'Équipe stayed firmly in the top 11 with a 7.7-million-follower community, and three regional dailies (La Provence, Le Dauphiné Libéré, DNA) made the national TOP 20.
4. Methodology#
The data comes from Nonli's social listening, which continuously tracks the public Facebook pages of French news media. The ranking covers views on videos and Reels published between February 1 and 28, 2026. Counters are read at the end of the period; since views keep accruing after publication, small differences with later readings are normal.
