Every month, Nonli's social listening measures the views generated by Reels on the Instagram accounts of France's regional daily newspapers (the "PQR"). Here is the April 2026 TOP 40.
A symbolic milestone at the top: Le Parisien crossed 100 million monthly Reels views for the first time in this series. Below it, the hierarchy barely moved but efficiency took off.

Le Courrier de l'OuestHow to read the "Views per follower" column: 100% means an average post earns as many views as the account has followers. On Instagram, Reels circulate far beyond communities, and the regional press benefits from it more than anyone.
3. What Stands Out#
La Voix du Nord continued the recovery it started on Facebook: +66% Reels views and five spots gained (15th). The Chaîne nationale des régions rose to 14th with +47%.
Le Berry Républicain made the jump of the month, from 32nd to 20th place, with a 163% ratio. Charente Libre did even better on efficiency: 192%, each Reel reaching nearly twice its community. Le Petit Bleu d'Agen stayed in a league of its own at 531%.
Le Télégramme gained eight spots (18th). On cadence, Le Progrès (316 posts) and Le Dauphiné Libéré (315) keep playing in a category of their own.
4. Methodology#
The data comes from Nonli's social listening, which continuously tracks the public Instagram accounts of the French regional daily press. The ranking covers views on Reels published between April 1 and 30, 2026, read through the Nonli API. Since views keep accruing after publication, small differences with later readings are normal. Follower counts are those observed when the ranking was generated.
In the same series, previous month: March 2026 ranking; next month: May 2026 ranking.
This ranking is published every month on this blog and on Nonli's LinkedIn page. To track these metrics for your own accounts and your market, get in touch.
