Every month, Nonli's social listening measures the views generated by Reels on the Instagram accounts of France's regional daily newspapers (the "PQR"). Here is the March 2026 TOP 40.
February's podium still holds: Le Parisien, Le Dauphiné Libéré, Le Progrès. The volumes, however, moved up a notch across the whole top of the table.

Le Courrier de l'OuestHow to read the "Views per follower" column: 100% means an average post earns as many views as the account has followers. On Instagram, Reels circulate far beyond communities, and the regional press benefits from it more than anyone.
3. What Stands Out#
The number of the month comes from Agen: Le Petit Bleu posted a 642% ratio. With a tiny community, every Reel that takes off reaches more than six times the equivalent of its followers. Le Journal de Saône-et-Loire (284%) and Charente Libre (171%) confirm the same mechanics.
In the middle of the table, La Montagne gained four spots (11th), Nice-Matin four as well (12th), and Le Journal de Saône-et-Loire rose to 13th.
The leading trio now combines volume and efficiency: Le Dauphiné, Le Progrès and L'Est Républicain each publish more than 350 Reels a month with ratios above 60%. The industrial recipe works.
4. Methodology#
The data comes from Nonli's social listening, which continuously tracks the public Instagram accounts of the French regional daily press. The ranking covers views on Reels published between March 1 and 31, 2026, read through the Nonli API. Since views keep accruing after publication, small differences with later readings are normal. Follower counts are those observed when the ranking was generated.
In the same series, previous month: February 2026 ranking; next month: April 2026 ranking.
