Every month, Nonli's social listening measures the video views generated by the Facebook pages of the French regional daily press. Here is the July 2026 TOP 40.
July is a record month for the PQR: eight of the top nine beat their best mark on the series. La Dépêche du Midi moves into the lead with 62.8 million views.
1. The Month's Top 5#
La Dépêche du Midi takes first place with 62.8 million views (+47%), its series record and its second win after December 2025. SudOuest.fr delivers the podium's most spectacular month: 45.9 million views (+285%), eight spots gained and a 32.8% ratio.
Le Parisien completes the podium with 43.2 million views, its second-best total on the series. Behind them, La Provence (38.9 million, +79%) and Ouest-France (38.6 million, +55%) are separated by 300,000 views, both at their record.

3. What Stands Out#
Var-Matin posts the strongest rise in the upper half: views multiplied more than sixfold (+526%), eleven spots gained and 6th place at 36.9 million views, for a 65.2% ratio.
The ranking's best efficiency belongs to L'Éveil de la Haute-Loire, with 400.8% of its community in views per post from only 20 posts, which earns it 19th place and fifteen spots gained.
Records keep coming further down: Dernières Nouvelles d'Alsace (7th, 34.7 million), Le Dauphiné Libéré (8th, +82%), Le Progrès (9th, +86%) and L'Indépendant (17th, +150%). L'Union also multiplies its views more than sixfold (22nd), actu.fr triples its own (13th, +201%) and La Voix du Nord doubles its own (15th, +134%). Charente Libre returns to the TOP 40, in 33rd place.
4. Methodology#
The data comes from Nonli's social listening, which continuously tracks the public Facebook pages of the French regional daily press. Only one page per media brand is counted: its main page, without aggregating local or topical pages. The ranking covers views on videos and Reels published between July 1 and 31, 2026, read through the Nonli API. Since views keep accruing after publication, small differences with later readings are normal. Follower counts are those observed when the ranking was generated.
