Every month, Nonli's social listening measures the video views generated by the Facebook pages of France's regional daily newspapers (the "PQR"). Here is the March 2026 TOP 40.
The duel at the top continues. After conceding the lead by 64,000 views in February, Le Parisien retakes first place. La Provence stays close, and behind them the podium is being reshuffled.

3. What Stands Out#
Ouest-France posted the best efficiency at the top of the table: 6th place from only 67 posts, a 16% views-per-post-to-community ratio. Publishing little but publishing right works too.
Nice-Matin made the jump of the month, from 21st to 9th. L'Est Républicain gained seven spots (11th), Le Républicain Lorrain four (12th), and Courrier Picard climbed from 33rd to 20th.
On per-post efficiency, La Presse de la Manche reached 105% from just sixteen posts: each video reaches more than the equivalent of its entire community. L'Éveil de la Haute-Loire (46%) and L'Écho Républicain (37%) follow, three local newsrooms doing a lot with very little.
4. Methodology#
The data comes from Nonli's social listening, which continuously tracks the public Facebook pages of the French regional daily press. The ranking covers views on videos and Reels published between March 1 and 31, 2026, read through the Nonli API. Since views keep accruing after publication, small differences with later readings are normal. Follower counts are those observed when the ranking was generated.
In the same series, previous month: February 2026 ranking; next month: April 2026 ranking.
This ranking is published every month on this blog and on Nonli's LinkedIn page. To track these metrics for your own accounts and your market, get in touch.
