How can I edit a post?
In your list of posts, you can click on the posts to edit them. Scheduled posts can be edited prior to publishing on Facebook and LinkedIn. For posts already published, and as in native use, it is only possible to edit them on LinkedIn and Facebook.
How can I embed an image in my post?
Add an image while composing the post, before the final publication action. In Create a new post , select the destination accounts, choose Image below the message area, then upload or select the approved visual.
How can I reset my filters?
Reset filters when not all posts are visible. Check the destination accounts and visible status before repeating the action.
How do I create a shortened URL?
Open the global shortener from the link icon or use Target URLs . Select the intended brand or short domain, paste the complete public destination URL—including https:// and any approved campaign parameters—then select Shorten once.
How do I delete a post in Nonli?
Simply select the post you want to delete and click "delete". Please note that if it's a Facebook or LinkedIn post, it will also be deleted on the corresponding social media.

Why does my engagement rate in Nonli differ from what is displayed in Facebook?
To calculate the engagement rate, Facebook uses the reach of a publication. Since it is highly fluctuating, Nonli uses the number of fans to easily compare the engagement rate of your different posts, that of others, and analyze the evolution of your performance over time.
Why doesn't my publication display hashtags even though I checked the option in my bot?
The hashtags generated by Nonli depend on the keywords present in the microdata of the web page whose content you are sharing.
